Our main products are: gypsum powder production line with natural gypsum, phosphogypsum and desulfurization gypsum as material; gypsum block production line; paper-faced plasterboard production line, cement retarder production line, paper-free gypsum board production line; slag wallboard production line; gypsum mortar production line and gypsum blocks. We do turn-key project for customers, including production line design, equipments, installation, commissioning and training for customers.
為了服務(wù)客戶，公司建設(shè)了現(xiàn)代化的設(shè)計(jì)室和實(shí)驗(yàn)室，工程設(shè)計(jì)已經(jīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)三維制圖，為客戶提供直觀的前期設(shè)計(jì)；購置了用于石膏建材的化驗(yàn)設(shè)備和設(shè)備制造中的檢測(cè)設(shè)備，可以為客戶提供前期材料化驗(yàn)和實(shí)驗(yàn)室數(shù)據(jù)，為客戶前期調(diào)研和生產(chǎn)線建成后的調(diào)試提供科學(xué)依據(jù)，從而減少考察和試車費(fèi)用。
Our company has modern design workroom and laboratory to provide better service for customers. All the designing is 3D design; we bought all the inspection equipments for the building material and we can provide our customers information for their reference which can lower their cost of investigation and commission.
近年來，公司國內(nèi)業(yè)務(wù)之一是致力于工業(yè)副產(chǎn)石膏（磷石膏，脫硫石膏等）在石膏建材行業(yè)應(yīng)用方面的研究開發(fā)，先后為華能，華電，大唐，四川高宇，貴州宏富等國內(nèi)知名電力，磷化工企業(yè)配套建設(shè)了多條建筑石膏，石膏砌塊生產(chǎn)線，截止2008年底，我公司承接的化學(xué)石膏處理生產(chǎn)線年總生產(chǎn)能力已經(jīng)累計(jì)達(dá)到150萬噸，為我國的環(huán)保事業(yè)做出了自己的貢獻(xiàn)。
Recent years, one of our civil emphasis business engages in researching and developing the industrial by-product (such as, phosphogypsum, desulphurization gypsum) and built many gypsum powder production line and gypsum block production line for some domestic famous electricity enterprises, such as HUA NENG, HUA DIAN, DA TANG, SICHUAN GAOYU, GUIZHOU HONGFU and etc.. Until the end of 2008, our total annual production capacity for chemical gypsum processing production line has reached to 1.5 million tons which obviously made great contribution to the Chinese environmental industry.
我公司利用自己的工藝技術(shù)和核心設(shè)備，已經(jīng)成功進(jìn)入國際市場(chǎng)。目前，我公司的建筑石膏，紙面石膏板，石膏砌塊等生產(chǎn)線遠(yuǎn)銷到美國，意大利，哥倫比亞，墨西哥，泰國，烏茲別克斯坦，印度，菲律賓等數(shù)十個(gè)國家，尤其是石膏板生產(chǎn)線更是進(jìn)入意大利和美國，標(biāo)志著我們國家的石膏建材裝備和工藝已經(jīng)和歐美國家相媲美。
Our company has entered international market with our advanced technology and equipments. At present, our production lines of gypsum powder, paper-faced plasterboard and gypsum block have been sold to USA, Italy, Columbia, Mexico, Thailand, Uzbekistan, India, Philippines and etc., especially our gypsum board production line has been sold to Italy and USA which indicates our equipment and technology has reached European and USA standard.
